To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law and applicable Commonwealth taxation frameworks, the total collective aggregate liability of MeteoAnalytics Pty Ltd for any direct, indirect, operational latency loops, or system downtime data anomalies is strictly contractually capped at a maximum financial ceiling of three (3) months of paid client platform fees actually received. Client software engines accept all data packages entirely "as-is" without any downstream operational warranties.
Clients processing high-margin computational compute passes under TIER_008 and PRD_010 accept that access tokens are governed by automated server-side lifespan self-destruction calculations.
